President Halford stated that SENATE CONCURRENT                                                     
RESOLUTION NO. 24 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                     
Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill                                
No. 334, making appropriations for a grant to Arctic Power, which had                               
been held to the Secretary's desk (page 2083) would be taken up at this                             
time.                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24 was read the                                                    
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.                                             
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                             
NO. 24 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                  
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 334,                                     
making appropriations for a grant to Arctic Power, pass the Senate?"
